How I made my header.

First I started with an image and duplicated it twice. I used the gradient  foreground to transparent tool. Then I put a plastic wrap filter on the images. On the individual images I put a neon glow filter, a dark strokes filter , and the last filter I used was a blur. I used the liquify tool to make it seem like the pictures are connected. I made a new layer and inserted some polka dots. Then I put in text and moved it around to fit the header properly.
